A healthcare organization in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse to join their Outpatients team. You will provide evidence-based nursing care, support junior staff, and supervise Healthcare Assistants. The role requires flexibility to work shifts including weekends. The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota.
