What you'll be doing:
  • Manage named partners in the region to support the sales team in exceeding targets, including Regional SI’s, GSI’s, Resellers
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop partners in the assigned territory
  • Execute go-to-market plans with partners, conduct account mapping, oversee onboarding, pipeline development, and marketing plans
  • Articulate Camunda’s vision, technology, and value to current and prospective partners
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to foster effective partner engagement
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of field sales experience in channel or direct sales
  • Proven success in leading partner engagement plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Knowledge of sales cycle, processes, and joint go-to-market strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with Salesforce reporting and pipeline management
  • Understanding of the APAC market dynamics, including regions like Southeast Asia, India, etc.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Nice to haves:
  • Background in intelligent automation, BPM markets, or related services, with international experience a plus
  • Strong executive presence and ability to lead executive interactions
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
What We Have to Offer:
Compensation

For external hires, we consider skills and experience, typically placing candidates in the lower half of the range to allow for growth. The annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range varies by location:

  • United States: $221,800 - $332,700
  • Singapore: S$275,500 - S$413,200

For other locations, employment is through our PEO, Remote, with details provided during the hiring process. Our benefits include flexible time off, a global well-being program with Modern Health, professional development allowances, and virtual shares through our VSOP.
