What you'll be doing:

Organise and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Manage resources effectively, including stock, team members, and assets. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and service to meet standards and specifications.

• Strategic management and guidance of the team
• Previous contract catering experience
• Effective communication, motivation, and leadership of staff
• Responsibility for food safety and health and safety procedures
• Regular communication with the client
• Follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys
• Promote the unit and act as a Compass Group ambassador
• Manage stakeholders effectively
• Ensure high standards of client hospitality and seek feedback

• Operate within budget, monitor trends, and take corrective actions as needed
• Deliver customer requirements to expectations
