What you'll be doing:

Organise and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Manage resources efficiently, oversee food preparation, cooking, and service to meet standards, and ensure effective use of stock, team members, and assets.

  • Previous contract catering experience
  • Communicate, motivate, and guide your team daily
  • Take responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures
