Lime, the global shared micromobility leader, seeks a Senior Regional Lead, Government Relations in London. You will drive Lime’s policy and public affairs work in London, reporting to the Regional Head, UKI, and collaborating with the UKI teams.

This hybrid role requires residence in London to ensure effective collaboration across teams and with local authorities, TfL, and City Hall. You will build relationships, plan campaigns, and respond to issues from political stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public/government affairs or related fields.
• Experience designing public affairs strategies to meet business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-relations skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global business with remote work.
• Experience managing stakeholder concerns in an operational environment.
• Interest in data to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, independent, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Understand Lime’s products and operating environment and the policy landscape.
• Build and maintain relationships with London boroughs, TfL, and London City Hall.
• Work with Operations to plan and execute local campaigns for positive business outcomes.
• Respond swiftly to issues raised by political stakeholders.
• Assist in planning for policy/regulatory changes, including city-wide regulations in London.
• Engage with transport partners and third-sector stakeholders to ensure responsible partnership.
• Contribute to improving processes and ways of working as the company grows.
