Oaksmere Design Limited seeks a Refrigeration Technical Manager to optimise supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple sites. You will lead technical audits, evaluate performance, and provide hands-on troubleshooting to improve energy efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimise product loss.

Strong knowledge of CO2/HFC systems, BMS interfaces, and fault diagnosis is essential. Travel will be frequent; hybrid office/field-based work with occasional out-of-hours support.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of commercial supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Experience with CO2, HFC, and hybrid refrigeration technologies.
• Proven refrigeration fault diagnosis and system optimisation.
• Understanding of refrigeration controls and monitoring systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive audits of supermarket refrigeration systems, including pack systems, integral units, cold rooms, HVAC integration, control systems, and energy efficiency.
• Evaluate system performance against operational and design specifications, review refrigerant usage, leaks, and environmental compliance.
• Provide advanced fault-finding and troubleshooting support for refrigeration systems and controls.
• Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, risks, and corrective actions.
• Monitor and trend system data to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.
• Liaise with store management and engineering teams to coordinate improvement activities.
• Support with emergency breakdown investigations and root cause analysis.
