Job summary

Jumpsec in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to join our adversary simulation team. This hands-on role focuses on stealthy access, lateral movement, and mature enterprise compromise within hybrid environments.

You will work alongside senior operators and the Technical Director, contributing tradecraft, tooling, and threat emulation to every engagement. The role is remote-first with occasional in-person meetups and offers growth, training, and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience delivering red team operations in enterprise or regulated settings.
• Deep practical knowledge of AD, cloud identity, and hybrid attack paths.
• Experience operating C2 frameworks and evasion techniques.
• Strong ability to communicate findings with attackers’ context to defenders.
• Willing to lead and develop junior Red Team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end red team and adversary simulations against large organisations.
• Gain initial access via tailored phishing and social engineering campaigns.
• Perform advanced AD and cloud-identity attacks across environments.
• Identify weaknesses across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AWS, GCP, Okta, SaaS platforms.
• Operate stealthily against modern security controls using low-noise techniques.
• Develop and adapt tooling for delivery, evasion, and C2.
• Research new techniques and translate into usable tradecraft.
• Emulate real-world threat actors based on intel and guidance.
• Support purple team exercises and educate client blue teams.
• Document findings with attacker context and actionable recommendations.
