Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Red Team Operator to perform approved adversary simulations, red team and assumed breach engagements for our clients. You’ll scope objectives with clients, plan and execute realistic operations within rules of engagement, and develop tooling where needed.

You’ll document activities, contribute to client deliverables and debriefs, and mentor junior teammates while collaborating with engagement leads and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Red Team / Offensive Security engagements.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking.
• Solid understanding of OSI model, operating systems, networking and authentication protocols.
• Ability to read code and develop scripts or tooling to support red team objectives.
• Understand OPSEC, logging, and professional engagement considerations, with responsible disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct red team and adversary simulations for clients.
• Plan objectives and scope with clients, then execute operations within ROE.
• Build and manage red team tooling and infrastructure; develop custom tooling as needed.
• Document operations and timelines; contribute to client deliverables and debriefs.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with engagement leads and stakeholders.
