Barclay Simpson is recruiting for a leading global bank to join its expanding Red Team. This is a true red team opportunity with 80% technical red teaming and 20% physical red teaming, focusing on designing and executing realistic attack simulations and developing tools, payloads, and custom applications to replicate adversarial activity.

The role is fully remote, but you must be based in the UK to apply, with a VP level salary of £75,000-£110,000 base per year plus bonus and comprehensive

Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the expanding Red Team of a leading global bank.

This is a ‘true’ red team opportunity offering 80% technical red teaming and 20% physical red teaming. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing realistic attack simulations and responsibilities include: developing tools, creating payloads, researching and bypassing controls, developing custom applications and solving complex technical problems to replicate genuine adversarial attacks by advanced threat actors.

This is not a penetration testing role, and Purple teaming is handled by a separate team, allowing you to focus exclusively on red team activities.

This role is fully remote, but you must be based in the UK to apply.

VP level salary: £75,000-£110,000 base (depending on experience) + bonus and comprehensive benefits.
