Job summary

Immersive seeks an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer - Red Team to design and deliver engaging offensive security content within Immersive One. You will craft labs, games and scenarios, publish practical exercises, and shape the red team content roadmap.

You’ll teach professionals to counter evolving threats and contribute to product innovations in a market-leading platform. You’ll collaborate with our Cyber Team Leads and learn continuously as you prototype and iterate to disrupt

Qualifications

• Several years of offensive security experience as a penetration tester or consultant.
• Deep knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its enterprise use.
• Strong technical understanding of networking, computing and cybersecurity.
• Ability to simplify complex topics using examples for training.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker and Python is advantageous.
• Proactive problem solver who enjoys prototyping and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and improve offensive security labs, challenges and online learning content.
• Produce multi-format content with practical exercises and gamification.
• Test Red Team labs and ranges to ensure proper function.
• Research vulnerabilities, tools and offensive tactics for practical labs.
• Translate technical research into concise content for technical and non‑technical readers.
• Collaborate with the wider Product team on new projects and innovations.
