***We are growing and looking for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant***

We are seeking a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant to join our team of 9, providing bespoke services to our clients and supporting our crew's professional journeys.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant. You will manage your own desk and client relationships, supported by 2 junior recruiters and 2 admin assistants handling certificates and reference checks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making successful placements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Offering career guidance and supporting candidates' career progression.
• Staying updated on yachting industry trends and expanding your professional network.

Requirements

• Experience in yacht crew recruitment is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high standards of service for clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Preferably based in the UK, EU, or SA time zones.
• Unlimited earning potential with a base salary plus commissions on placements and new leads.
• Quarterly incentives and a year-end bonus based on targets.
• Work from home.
