THE ROLE:

• Supervise recruitment projects with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
• Responsible for the entire recruitment process including advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalizing the agreement between employer and new recruit.
• Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting.
• Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews while assessing applicants’ soft skills and aptitudes.
• Searching for qualified professionals and approaching them directly.

YOUR PROFILE

• 1-2 years of minimum 360-degree recruitment experience.
• Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
• Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
• High level of self-motivation and stamina.
• Teamwork and international mindset.
