Job summary
Gap Personnel is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Nantgarw to support existing clients and grow the branch. We are seeking an energetic, intelligent and motivated professional to join our successful team, whether you are currently in recruitment or looking for a fresh opportunity with a new business.
Annual salary £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience. Hours of work 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience with clients.
- Ability to sell services to clients.
- Strong client management and relationship-building.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Competent with computer systems.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Manage an industrial desk to maximise business by increasing workers supplied.
- Lead sales/client meetings.
- Coordinate recruitment activity across channels to fulfil client requirements.
- Deliver excellent service level to clients.
- Maintain and grow the candidate database.
- Represent the brand positively in all actions.
- Support accounts and review/improve service levels.
- Achieve financial and non-financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
