Responsibilities
  • Be a leading fee earner within the business, generating consistent revenue aligned with your targets.
  • Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Meet sales and NFI targets as per the business plan.
  • Handle speculative calls, aftercare, and service calls.
  • Visit clients—both new and existing—to identify and follow up on business leads.
  • Negotiate fee rates with input from line managers and directors, aiming for an average of at least 20%.
  • Write and post job advertisements.
