The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Bristol, your role is to maintain, identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client (businesses) and candidate relationships within a lucrative market.
Sourcing highly skilled candidates is in our DNA, and providing quality service through headhunting, interviewing, and being the go-to consultant is our mission. Coming from recruitment, you'll find the role fast-paced with daily opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, identify, pitch, and develop client and candidate relationships within the tech or energy market.
- Sourcing highly skilled candidates via industry-specific job boards.
- Headhunting and interviewing candidates by phone, video, or in person.
- Achieving set targets and working to deadlines weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Networking and developing new business relationships.
- Pitching JDR/Opus services to potential clients.
- Client meetings and business development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, focusing on staffing and recruiting industry.
- Proven success in end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Creative, innovative mindset, committed to process improvement.
