Full 360 recruitment — from business development to candidate placement.
Building and nurturing relationships with senior GTM leaders in Cyber, Data, and AI.
Attending industry events, networking, and engaging with clients face-to-face.
Strategically growing your desk with autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven 360 Recruiter: 2+ years in tech or software sales is preferable, but any previous recruitment sector would be considered
Commercially Driven: Confident in business development and relationship management.
Client-Focused Relationship Builder: Capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated to scale a desk and contribute to global growth.
