Due to recent contract awards we are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The Role

Reporting to our Director of Public Sector and Temporary Recruitment, you will work in a supportive and collaborative setting, working alongside some of the most successful recruitment professionals in the country, and will benefit from a tried and tested process of bringing talented recruiters along to reaching their true potential. In this role you will:

1. Building relationships with our key clients to gain a sound understanding of their business, recruitment requirements and culture
2. Sourcing and screening candidates to fill our clients recruitment requirements
3. Developing current relationships and building new links with emerging business

The Ideal Candidate

1. Proven recruitment experience in a 360-desk with the drive to build long term, beneficial relationships
2. Confidence to establish yourself as the market leader in your sector
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, high work ethic and drive
4. Motivation to work autonomously in a high paced, accurate fashion
