Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to join a specialist boutique agency where your expertise will be truly valued? We're seeking a talented individual to join our close-knit team in Sheffield, focusing on placing accountancy professionals across Yorkshire's thriving public practice sector.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the public practice accountancy sector. You'll work with established client relationships while developing new business opportunities across Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. This includes business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing the placement process from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within professional services or accountancy
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Understanding of the Yorkshire market (preferred but not essential)
