In this role, you’ll support our existing client base while driving new business, building strong relationships with commercial businesses across the UK, and helping them recruit top-tier specialist talent.

Job specification:

• You will be working alongside a close-knit team of dedicated commercial recruiters
• You will build and manage the recruitment cycle from initial interview through to hire
• Full training is provided in-house, helping you build the skills to master a new industry
• Build strong rapport with clients and candidates, strengthening existing relationships whilst also showing tenacity to bring on new accounts
• Throughout the year, you will be expected to carry out client meetings to help strengthen existing relationships
• Engage with candidates daily, using a variety of sourcing tools to highlight, select, and interview relevant candidates for client vacancies
