Are you an experienced recruiter with experience in the temporary and contract market, or interested in this sector? This is a warm desk with significant growth opportunities. Already billing consistently and with warm contracts, this role offers the chance to develop the division while earning from day one.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates for locum roles within law firms in the temporary and contract market
• Writing targeted adverts to attract high-calibre candidates
• Managing existing client accounts
• Networking at key industry events
• Providing comprehensive solutions to clients at every step

Qualifications

Proven track record in temporary and contract recruitment is preferred. Candidates with links to the sector or a background in permanent recruitment seeking a change are also encouraged to apply.
