Senior Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences - Remote (US Focus)

Are you an experienced 360 recruiter looking for something a bit different? Do you want to work for a start-up business, alongside one of the highest billers in the market, whilst working fully remotely? You will be working the US market from the UK, in a fully remote capacity, operating as a 360 consultant. This role will offer a real platform to earn over £100k in the first year, and the opportunity to become a number 2 in a growing business. The role therefore needs an individual with a growth mindset, and willing to put the hours in. Whilst there will be clients to work with from day 1, this is very much a BD focused role, and solid BD/360 agency experience is key.

The Headlines:

  • Start up US based life sciences recruitment company focused on the top end of the clinical development market.
  • Company founded 9 months ago, the founder has billed $900k in those first 9 months.
  • Average fee is circa $100k, combination of retained and exclusive content.
  • The company aims to get to 40 headcount long term, through measured, profitable growth.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be building a complementary vertical alongside the founder - this will be BD focused role, although there are clients to leverage off.
  • Focused mainly on the East coast market, working with early stage biotech's, through to companies at commercial stage.
  • Running the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Travelling to the US to meet prospective and current clients.
  • Helping build the foundations of a growth business.

Target Profile:

  • 5 years + BD focused 360 recruitment experience in any private sector market, with a preference of either life sciences or US recruitment experience.
  • Can demonstrate winning and growing multiple accounts outside of just the boom era 2021/2022.
  • Examples of progression and promotions over career history.
  • Willing to work the US market/hours (10am - 8pm - Monday - Thursday) - UK hours 9-5 on a Friday.
