Senior Recruitment Consultant aiming for a future Branch Manager role in the Industrial Temps Branch.

Are you an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant seeking a new challenge to progress to a Branch Manager position? Do you have experience in the Industrial Sector or high street recruitment?

My client is a large independent recruiter with 55 branches across the UK, currently expanding. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the Bedford branch as a future Branch Manager. Candidates should have an Industrial Temps background and reside near Bedford, Bedfordshire.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your Industrial Temps desk and work towards a Branch Manager role. You will receive full support and guidance from the Regional Manager and collaborate with other branches. The branch has a flat structure, fostering teamwork, results, work/life balance, and a fun environment. The Bedford branch is a flagship location with an established client base.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the freedom to innovate, supported by experienced colleagues. No two days are the same, and fun is encouraged.

• Sell permanent or contract recruitment solutions via phone and face-to-face client meetings in Bedfordshire.
• Gather competitor intelligence using various resources.
• Manage a portfolio of target accounts.
• Engage in business development activities throughout Bedfordshire.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed targets.
• Recruit, screen, and select high-quality candidates.
• Match candidates to suitable roles.
• Maintain all internal systems.
• Operate with full autonomy on your desk.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Temps market, with success in the Industrial sector and a desire to progress to Branch Manager.
• Proven sales and business development skills in a 360 billing role within the Industrial sector.
• Strong account management abilities.
• Driving license is essential.
