What you'll be doing:

* Interviewing candidates to ensure they're the perfect match.

What we're looking for:
* Recruitment experience, ideally in Healthcare, with a proven track record of winning new business.
* Confidence in building relationships, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
* Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
