What You’ll Be Doing

- Take ownership of live searches and client relationships across the DACH region
- Build your own client base and develop long-term partnerships
- Source, assess, and engage with high-level candidates across tech functions
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
- Operate in a niche vertical where you become the expert

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or B2B sales
- Native or fluent German speaker, strong professional English
- You understand recruitment is about relationships, not volume
- Driven, entrepreneurial, and looking to grow your own market
