£26,000-£37,500 basic salary per annum, plus a monthly bonus to enhance your earnings!

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our candidate experience, working closely with the Client Services team to find, attract, and place exceptional candidates. You'll source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone involved. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to support the innovative medical devices sector.

Every day you will…

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive company growth.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

• Fluency in French
• Experience in Recruitment or Account Management
• Evidence of an excellent work ethic and a high level of resilience
• A demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
• Computer savvy with a methodical approach to online and offline research
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain customer focused
