Our Financial Services Wealth practice has been a market leader for over 15 years, partnering with some of the most prestigious firms across the UK. You'll benefit from a well-established client base, with the added support of a highly experienced Client Development team who deliver a consistent flow of roles-meaning you'll step into a warm desk with immediate opportunities to bill.

You'll be joining a successful and collaborative team who are passionate about placing top talent in the Wealth, Pensions, and Employee Benefits space. To be considered for the role, you will need;

• Proven experience in recruitment, within Financial Services or Wealth Management
• A relationship-led, consultative approach
• Drive to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates alike
• Strong commercial awareness and business development acumen
• The ability to work develop clients and candidates to create long-standing relationships
