As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our client's Engineering recruitment division, focusing on the UK market. Your mission is to drive consistent sales growth and elevate margins in line with budget targets. You will receive excellent support with a tailored training program to help you reach your career aspirations.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and securing new business.
  • Cultivating strong client relationships.
  • Executing 360 recruitment processes with finesse.

  • Experienced recruiters (12-18 months+) in engineering, construction, or related sectors.
  • Proven billers who want to take their earnings to the next level.
