Up to £38,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Hybrid (1 day WFH, flexible hours)

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our clients Engineering recruitment division, focusing on the UK/Europe market. Your mission: drive consistent sales growth and elevate margins in line with budget targets. You will receive excellent support with a tailored training program to help you reach your career aspirations.

Your key responsibilities:

Prospecting and securing new business.
Cultivate strong client relationships.
Execute 360 recruitment processes with finesse.
