Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting junior team members. You’ll work within a high-performing team that values flexibility, collaboration, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and developing client accounts within the education sector

Driving new business through proactive outreach and networking

Mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants

Meeting and exceeding personal and team billing targets

Candidate Requirements:

Significant experience in education recruitment

Proven track record of strong and consistent billings

Leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment setting
