Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Driving

Location: Redditch

Salary: Up to £35k + uncapped commission

Hours: 8.00am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to add to our team, specialising in Driving recruitment. This role is focused on selling top driving candidates to clients, ensuring businesses secure the best talent in their market. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sales & Placement: Proactively market high-quality finance professionals to businesses, leveraging your sector knowledge and network.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the Driving sector.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  4. Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and assess top accountancy and finance talent.
  5. Negotiation & Closing: Manage offers, salary negotiations, and placement processes to ensure successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
  6. Market Insights & Advisory: Stay updated on industry trends, providing market intelligence and consultation to clients on hiring strategies.

  1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Driving sector.
  2. Strong ability to sell candidates to hiring managers and create opportunities where they may not initially exist.
  3. A track record of business development success, winning new clients, and building lasting relationships.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
