Senior Recruitment Consultant – Digital Marketing / Tech Sales / Digital Media

Basic to £60k, OTE c. £100k+

  • Experienced Perm 360 recruiter from their industry sector preferred, but open to cross-training.
  • Proven track record of candidate attraction including headhunting & networking.
  • Sales-focused with a commercial approach and a passion for recruitment.

  • Consultative, detailed approach with excellent communication skills.

The Role:

  • Warm opportunity to work across industry teams – Digital Marketing, Tech Sales, or Digital Media.
  • All Consultants will be offered a warm desk with clients/jobs to work on from day one.
  • Involves using executive search methodologies including market mapping.
  • Required to create and build a candidate network.
  • 95% of roles are permanent opportunities ranging from £80-£150k.
  • 70% of clients include advertising tech or marketing tech clients; 30% are B2B tech companies across Fintech, AI, Cyber Security, etc.
  • Ability to generate a candidate network using LinkedIn, their database (Bullhorn), and advertising.
  • Work with top industry brands including Yahoo, Warner Bros, Disney, The Telegraph, etc.
