Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• In conjunction with the divisional Director, create a clear vision and strategy for the desk with relevant milestones in place to measure performance
• Inspire others to turn those strategic goals into reality
• Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business to build on your database of new client companies
• Involvement in the strategic direction for the team, from hiring to market mapping
• Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market
• Ignite and embed a positive and agile culture of change. Drive passion and commitment through your teams, LEAD FROM THE FRONT

The ideal candidate profile:

• 2 years + of previous experience.
• Proven experience of working in agency recruitment.
• Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
• Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
• Professional/self-motivated demeanor and attitude, a team player
• Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
