Our Finance & Accountancy recruitment team are currently looking to welcome a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their London-based business. Working alongside our F&A team, you will be playing a key role in placing compliance professionals in commerce industries.

Working on Finance & Accounting roles across all professional sectors, on the client side you can expect to:

1. Manage a large volume of incoming roles
2. Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales
3. Have ownership of key accounts to manage and grow
4. Full 360 recruitment role

On the candidate side you can expect to:

1. Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients
2. Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs
3. Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards, and various online tools
4. Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market
