Location: Manchester or Remote (UK-based)

The Role
We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, specializing in placing interim professionals across all types of transformation initiatives:
Developmental Change
- Process improvement projects
- System upgrades and optimization
Transitional Change
- Digital transformation programmes
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Organizational restructuring
- New system implementations
Transformational Change
- Culture change programmes
- Strategic repositioning initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific transformation needs across developmental, transitional, and transformational change programmes
- Develop expertise in various change management frameworks and methodologies, including: ITIL for IT service managementCOBIT for IT governanceSix Sigma for process improvementCOSO for risk managementAgile and Waterfall methodologiesLean management principlesChange management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
- Source and engage contractors with expertise in specific frameworks and methodologies based on client requirements
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' experience with different change types and methodologies
- Maintain an active network of transformation professionals including: Change Management SpecialistsProcess Improvement ExpertsSix Sigma Black BeltsITIL PractitionersDigital Transformation ConsultantsProgramme DirectorsBusiness AnalystsPMO Specialists
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in contract recruitment, preferably within Business Change and Transformation
- Understanding of various change management methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to match contractor expertise with specific transformation requirements
- Proven track record of successful contractor placements across different types of change initiatives
- Strong understanding of the contract market, IR35 legislation, and contractor engagement models
- Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed revenue targets consistently
- Experience in managing contractor extensions and redeployments
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting if desired
