A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, talented and experienced Accountancy & Finance recruiter, based in Glasgow. This client business is a real disruptor and innovator in the Accountancy & Financial Services sector, with a unique, fully integrated client service model to meet a wider range of needs for their growing, loyal client base. Including permanent and interim Recruitment and client team building, as a core offering.

Their rapid level of growth as they roll out this model across Scotland and the rest of the UK (underpinned by very high staff and client retention), means they are ready for another experienced, creative and commercially orientated senior recruiter to help lead their 'Qualified' Accountancy & Finance recruitment business, based from Glasgow.

With a large, loyal and growing client base using a wide range of their financial support and consultancy services, there are huge opportunities for a talented finance recruiter to exploit numerous cross-selling opportunities, and use the wider business network to source and grow new client relationships via referral and effective networking (as well as sourcing new relationships from your own networks and ongoing 360 recruitment activity).

Supported by a hugely experienced team of Accountancy, Finance and recruitment colleagues based across Scotland, you'll play a lead role in growing the Qualified recruitment business on the west of Scotland. You'll also enjoy a high degree of autonomy and be given the flexibility and freedom to use your skills and experience to really make your mark, and meet your own career development aspirations more quickly within this fast growing, full-service recruitment and finance solutions group.

If you already have a successful track record in finance recruitment and solid knowledge of the 'qualified' sector, with a strong personal network, well polished communication and sales skills; are committed, hungry and ambitious for personal success and career growth, then this opportunity is very difficult to beat.
