This well-respected Recruitment Agency is a long-standing business near London Bridge. They focus on clients that have recently secured funding, including stock market-listed companies. The role involves joining their non-tech hiring team, recruiting HR and Talent Acquisition professionals across Europe and the UK tech market.

This is a warm desk with many existing client relationships. You will have access to top brands, collaborate across the business, and travel internationally within Europe to meet clients.

All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic growth and strong client partnerships through community engagement, face-to-face events, and collaboration with marketing teams.

The Role

You will be hiring HR professionals in Europe. This is a great opportunity for a skilled recruiter to enhance their billing. The role is primarily permanent, but candidates transitioning from contract roles in relevant markets are also considered. The desk is warm, and business development is required. Experience in professional services recruitment is beneficial but not essential for recruiting into the HR market.

The Package
  • Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant with a salary of £40-60k, depending on experience and success.
  • Uncapped commission scheme.
  • Commission pays 20% to 30% above a £6k threshold, even on existing client accounts.
  • 4 days in the office per week, 1 day from home.
  • Formal training programs for all levels of hire.
  • Training on retained pitching; about 40% of work is retained.
  • Business development, new client acquisition, and existing role management expected.

The Requirements
  • At least 2 years of successful 360 recruitment experience with client acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting internationally, especially in Europe, is a plus.

  • Background in non-tech professional services recruitment; interest in HR recruitment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring.
  • Willingness to travel to Europe for events and stakeholder engagement if not already experienced.
