What we're looking for:

You'll be an experienced recruiter, already hitting your stride and ready to level up.

You should have:

• A track record of consistent billing
• A strong grip on your tech/data/AI market and the ability to talk shop with senior stakeholders
• A desire to build community through content, meetups, and meaningful client/candidate conversations
• A self-starter mindset, you're excited to lead, coach, and shape how Method grows
• A strong personal brand, or the ambition to build one

What you'll be doing:

• Building and owning your vertical by winning new business, deepening key accounts, and growing your reputation
• Leading training sessions and sharing insight across the team
• Driving cross-sell conversations and connecting our contract and perm markets
• Posting smart, consistent LinkedIn content to grow your brand and Method's visibility
