Carrington West is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Buildings team and run the contract desk. Responsibilities

• Be a market expert within your sector, advising and consulting candidates and clients with specialist market knowledge
• Engage with existing and new businesses
• Research and develop new business relationships
• Locate potential active and passive candidates
• Understand the needs of clients and candidates and offer appropriate advice
• Be willing to work hard within a team of motivated and driven individuals

Compensation and Benefits

On top of your basic salary, the on-target earnings (OTE) can be significant with the right attitude and work ethic:

• Year 1 OTE: £35,000 – £60,000 per annum
• Year 2 OTE: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum
• Year 3 OTE: £100,000 – £130,000 per annum
