We've launched a brand-new Professional Services division, and we're hiring a Finance Recruitment Consultant to take the lead. This isn't just another desk - it's an open market. No restrictive verticals. No crowded teams. You'll own the finance specialism end-to-end, backed by a brand that's already thriving in FMCG and Motorsport.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow your own finance recruitment vertical within our new Professional Services arm
  • Deliver both permanent and interim solutions into existing and new FMCG and Motorsport clients
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their finance needs and deliver value beyond CVs
  • Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - BD, client management, sourcing, and closing
  • Collaborate with a supportive, ambitious team that's invested in long-term relationships, not short-term wins
