Job description

StaffCo Direct is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in their Milton Keynes Office, in a busy hub on a warm desk. Due to business growth, we need someone ready to hit the ground running, able to use their own initiative, and willing to progress within the company.

Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, including advertising, shortlisting, and recruiting suitable candidates for clients, as well as developing client relationships.

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday - Thursday)
  • 08:30 - 16:30 (Friday - Dress Down Day!)

On call phone 1 week per month, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for daily communication with clients and candidates regarding requirements.
  • Managing and actively recruiting to develop a driver pool, ensuring all company standards are met.
  • Attending service visits with clients to develop long-term relationships based on trust and service delivery.
  • Working closely with existing clients to understand market share and collaborating with Branch Managers and the Operations Manager to increase or gain new business.
  • Monitoring and managing recruitment needs for key clients, planning for peaks and troughs to ensure maximum utilization of the driver pool.
  • Providing on-the-job training, support, and mentoring to Consultants and Trainees.
  • Delivering exceptional customer care to clients and candidates.
