We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our ever growing team and play a key role in our continued success.

You'll be joining a high performing team with a strong client base across the North West Civil Engineering market.

• A track record of working to targets and building client relationships

• Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
• Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
• Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go to recruitment partner
• Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
• Source candidates through job boards and referrals
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
• Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
