Who They’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally from a boutique or mid-sized agency background
• Proven track record in one or more of the following sectors:
• Tech (e.g. data, AI, infrastructure, delivery/project roles)
• Finance (qualified or transactional)
• HR & People
• Strong business development skills and a genuine passion for client relationships
• Ambition to become a future leader and play a key role in growing the Manchester office
• Someone who values freedom, creativity, and collaboration—not a perfect fit for those used to rigid corporate environments
