What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll hit the ground running with a warm desk in one of our busiest technical verticals. You'll be responsible for both delivery and business development, working closely with contractors and clients in a fast-paced, global market.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing full recruitment process within a technical discipline (preferably subsea, energy, oil & gas, renewables, etc)
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and contractors
• Generating leads and developing business across your market
• Sourcing top-tier candidates and placing them into exciting global projects
• Offering insight and consultancy to both clients and candidates
• Representing Applica with credibility, professionalism, and personality
• Contributing to team knowledge-sharing and mentoring where relevant

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the energy sector or a technical market
• Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential
• Experience managing both clients and candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
