Job summary

Finatal in London is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in C-suite and C-suite-1 finance appointments across private equity-backed businesses. You’ll own your market, partnering with investors and portfolio companies to deliver high-impact executive hires while building long-term relationships.

You’ll have a platform with excellent commission structure and exposure to the Private Equity market, with training from top performers and clear progression pathways.

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within executive search, finance or professional services but open if other sectors.
• Highly commercial with a strong business development mindset.
• Assertive, driven and results-oriented.
• Natural networker with influencing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against your revenue target.
• Win and develop new client relationships across the private equity ecosystem.
• Recruit senior finance leaders, including CFOs, Finance Directors and their direct reports.
• Source, headhunt, interview and manage candidates through to placement.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring advice to clients and candidates.
• Secure retained and exclusive search mandates.
• Build and execute a business plan to grow your desk and market presence.
• Support and mentor junior consultants while maintaining individual performance.
• Use CRM and market analytics to drive activity, opportunities and results.

Finatal is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in C-suite and C-suite-1 finance appointments across private equity-backed businesses.

You\'ll take ownership of your own market, partnering with investors and portfolio companies to deliver high-impact executive hires while building long-term client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities
