For the successful Senior Recruitment Consultant we are offering:

• £26-£34k Basic Salary DOE
• Uncapped Commission Structure paying up to 13% commission on temp and perm placements
• Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm
• Every 2nd Friday off

The Role

• Developing new business and identifying sales opportunities
• Developing specific sector knowledge
• New Business Development
• Meeting with new clients to develop & expand business opportunities
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Converting & maximizing all revenue possibilities
• Liaising with the resourcing team

What we are looking for in a Senior Recruitment Consultant

• A highly motivated individual with a proven background in a specified sector (Engineering / Commercial / Industrial / Transport / Scientific) - ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 3 years within Recruitment sales experience – ESSENTIAL
• Valid Driving license - ESSENTIAL
