Job Title: Education Recruitment Consultant

The Role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in roles.
  • Proactively develop new business through sales activity and relationship building.
  • Work across a specialist sector - Primary, Secondary, or SEND - depending on your experience and interests.
  • Deliver an outstanding service to both candidates and clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
About You
  • Experienced in recruitment (minimum 12 months) within education or sales-based recruitment.
  • Knowledgeable in Primary, Secondary, or SEND education recruitment (desirable).
  • Results-driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed.
  • A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Able to manage a busy desk, balancing client expectations and candidate care.
  • Qualified to drive with a full UK driving licence (essential).
