An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle.

We are expanding our Construction and Property Division by adding a new consultant. The role focuses on White Collar recruitment, providing services to clients in the North East and Yorkshire.

The desk covers a wide geographic area, offering scope for a new consultant to build a successful desk and drive commission earnings. We welcome candidates with experience in a 360 recruitment role or those with a solid background in sales, especially B2B sales, from various sectors beyond Construction.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing relationships with clients to grow the business.
  2. Managing client and candidate databases, delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Filling vacancies by sourcing suitable candidates.
  4. Growing your client and candidate base through business development and advertising.
  5. Maintaining our reputation through quality service.
  6. Achieving targets and KPIs, reporting regularly to management.
