We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Academics in our Doncaster office. While experience in education recruitment is preferred, we are open to candidates from other volume temp sectors such as Catering, Industrial, or Construction for cross-training. We are one of the leading education recruitment consultancies in the UK, with over 100 consultants across more than 20 branches.

Our consultants provide teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools daily, for both short and long-term assignments.

Overview

• Senior Recruitment Consultant (experienced in recruitment, with cross-training opportunities into education)
• Working with Primary and/or Secondary Schools
• Based in Doncaster
• Strong sales or recruitment background

You should have a successful sales or recruitment background and be eager to transition into education recruitment.

Our Doncaster office is well-established and highly successful in the area. Salaries typically range from £30k-£35k, depending on experience and track record, with additional earning potential through commission and bonuses.
