DH Gatwick is a multi-award-winning business supplying temps to Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Burgess Hill, Redhill, and all RH postcodes.

We are looking to expand and need a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, primarily to look after the business with a strong emphasis on business development. The current sector focus is on Driving (Van, Car, HGV, etc.), but we plan to expand into another division within the next six months. We have already secured two large contracts, so we will be busy!

We are selective because we want to engage with individuals who genuinely care about the business and the people involved. We seek people who see the bigger picture and understand the significance of what we do for our candidates and clients, recognizing the serious responsibilities involved.

Our goal is to build a resilient, long-term team that operates cohesively for years to come.

Job Details
  • Build strong relationships with our loyal existing clients
  • Develop a team that embraces our processes and shares our culture
  • Enhance the skills of the team and individual members
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Call applicants and schedule interviews
  • Interview candidates
  • Must be able to drive and have own transport
  • Onboard candidates, including referencing and data entry on internal systems
  • Oversee strategic growth of top accounts
  • Manage candidates to ensure an excellent experience
  • Book and attend meetings with existing and new clients
  • Drive business development within current and new client bases, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Based in Crawley, West Sussex
