Senior Recruitment Consultant – 360 (Construction)

Location: Central London

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (with 1 day WFH every Friday if KPIs are hit)

What you’ll be doing:

• Running a full 360 desk in construction (contract or perm, we’ll support both)
• Winning and developing new client relationships across your vertical
• Building a network of top tier candidates and placing them into live, quality roles
• Setting weekly plans to scale your desk profitably
• Playing a key role in team growth and culture - this is a leadership track role
• A proven 360 recruiter (ideally 2+ years in construction)
• Someone driven, autonomous, and motivated by both earnings and impact
• A builder - someone who sees opportunity and wants more than just a commission cheque
• Professional, accountable, and commercially switched on
